Saturday, May 4th, 2024 from 10-11 AM (MST) we will host a the E.R.I.C.A. Lupus Awareness Walk in Fort Collins, CO at Colorado State University! This year’s walk is also special as it will fall just before what would have been Erica’s 30th birthday. Please join us as we spread awareness and show up and show out for a great cause and day of remembrance!
Lupus Awareness is needed now more than ever; and together we can make the difference through the E.R.I.C.A. Lupus Awareness Walk 2024. Here’s what you can do:
- If you haven’t already, subscribe to the E.R.I.C.A. News and stay updated on lupus awareness facts and upcoming events.
- Create a team – invite others to join in person or *virtually*, like friends, family, coworkers, etc. Remember patients with lupus and their families need our support!
- Donate or Fundraise. Let folks know you are participating in this walk on your social media accounts, by phone and through word of mouth. Then, help support the emergency use E.R.I.C.A. fund to give patients and their families access to the amazing tools and resources they need to have a better quality of life.
- Create Your Walk if you can’t join us in person – You can walk at home on a treadmill, around your neighborhood with your pet, or whatever works best for you! Put on your purple, or E.R.I.C.A. apparel and show us how you are creating awareness by using #ERICALupusAwareness on social media, or by sending us your shareable photos and more!
Please continue to check in with others you know; times can get hard and isolating for us all at one point or another.
